Chapter 27


1. What goes on during the final interview?
The thing that goes on during the final interview was that Peeta says how much things that they did to survive the Hunger Games. Peeta asked Katniss that they will always be in love. He was asking her many romantic and love questions.

2. What happened to Peeta's leg?
What happens to Peeta's leg was that they took him in a place where there was a lot of 
medicine and gadgets and they fixed it. While the doctors were operating him, the doctors put him a new leg.:(

3. Why does Katniss feel torn in the end?
Katniss feels torn in the end because she did something bad that Peeta was upset about. Katniss thinks her life will change without Peeta. I think Katniss' life will be normal like before, but the only thing she will need in her life is Peeta. 


4. What does Peeta realize?
Peeta realizes that when he and Katniss get back home there will be no more romance. Peeta says that there was not going to be kissing, hugging, or holding hands anymore.

Chapter 26
This is the place they took Katniss to heal her.


1. How does the Capitol heal Katniss?
The Capitol heals Katniss by taking her to a place where there was a lot of medicine and fixing all of her all of her bruises, cuts, and burns.

2. What does Haymitch reveal to Katniss before she sees the crowd?
Haymitch tells Katniss that the Capitol didn't like what just happened in the Hunger Games, so they might have to do something.

Chapter 25


Katniss was one of the tributes who was chased
by wolfs.
This is the wolf that chased Katniss, Peeta,
and Cato.
1. What attacks the last three tributes?

The thing that attack the three tributes were wolfs. The wolfs that attacked the three tributes are the ones that eat humans.

2. How does Katniss use her last arrow?

 Katniss uses her last arrow by using it with Peeta with his injury he has in his leg.

3. What happens when the Gamemakers revoke the rule change?

When the Gamemakers revoke the rule Katniss and Peeta look at each other. Katniss starts to think of a plan so instead of killing each other they kill themselves. Katniss' plan was to get some poison berries and eat them.
Peeta was the second tribute who was chased by wolfs.

4. Who wins the Hunger Games?

The winners of the Hunger Games were Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark!

Chapter 24


This is when the last tributes gathered
1. How do the Gamemakers try to drive the last tributes together?
The game makers try to drive the last tributes together by going all together to the lake.They all met together because they went to the lake to get water because they were so thirsty they knew that tha lake is the only place to get water.


2. How does Katniss feel about Cato?
Katniss feels sure enough about Cato. She feels sure enough because they knew a way to trick both Foxface and Cato. Katnniss and Peeta think that killing or tricking Foxface was a little more difficult.


3. How do the final three meet up?
The final three meet up in the Cornucopia. They met in the Cornucopia because it was close to the lake.

Chapter 23


1. Why does Thresh's death affect Katniss?
Thresh's death affected Katniss because she didn't want Thresh to die. She didn't want him to die because she was happy enough that Thresh left her go, so she didn't want him to die.

2. Who is left in the arena?
The tributes left in the arena were...

  • Katniss
  • Peeta
  • Foxface
  • Cato


3. What Katniss' fears if she wins the Games?                                                              What Katniss fears if she wins the Games is that her life will be in daily bases. Katniss doesn't want to have a life like Haymitch. Katniss just wants to have her normal life.

4. What happens to Foxface?
The thing that happens top Foxface is that she dies. What made her die was that she was passing were Peeta was but she didn't see him so she saw some berries that she didn't know that they were poison. Later, like in seconds she was DEAD!!!

Chapter 22


1. How does Katniss compare Peeta to Gale?
Katniss compares Peeta and Gale by saying how they personality. Katniss says that Peeta doesn't question everything like Gale. Gale questioned everything that Katniss said so that he could be sure. Another thing that Katniss compares between them is that Peeta follows the rules and what Katniss says. Not like Gale, Gale doesn't care he just does whatever he wants.
2. What happens with the weather?
What happened to the weather was that it started to rain hard. There was too much rain  and thunder. I think the Gamemakers wanted to make the Hunger Games a little more trickier and hard for the tributes.


3. How does Katniss get the feast?
Katniss ans Peeta get the feast by not telling their personal lifes they have. Katniss' instincts tell her that Haymitch isn't looking for physical affection. Katniss thinks that Haymitch wants more than personal  things, so she started asking  Peeta when did he start liking her. Peeta tells her that hes been liking her ever since the first day of school when they were five.

Chapter 21


1. Who's the first to get their pack?
The first to get the pack was Foxface. What Foxface get the did to get the pack was that she threw darts so no one will get the pack.

2. Who catches Katniss?
The person who catches Katniss was Clove. When Clove finds Katniss, Katniss gets a arrow and throws it right in her left arm. Right away Clove got Katniss and stabed her right in her right next to her eyebrow. The stab made blood start coming down and blinding her in the eye.

3. Why does Thresh let Katniss go?
Thresh lets Katniss go because she helped Rue. Rue was important to Thresh because she was from the same District. Thresh was happy that Katniss was helping  Rue and protecting her that nothing bad will happen to her. Thresh only let Katniss go but only this time because he found out that Katniss was helping Rue.

4. Why does Katniss think Cato will go after Thresh and not her?
Katniss thinks Cato will go after Thresh and not her because Thresh was the one who killed Clove. Katniss had a lot of time to escape Cato, but Thresh didn't. Cato might go first to Thresh and then Katniss for killing Clove.
